Newtown Square Business Association

The Newtown Square Business Association was formed in May of 1976 by a group of local business people who recognized the need for coordinated action on behalf of the business community. The organization is governed by the Constitution and By-Laws created in 1976, and officers are elected annually from the membership at large. NSBA has filed articles of Incorporation with the State of Pennsylvania, and has been granted non-profit status by the IRS. Its purpose is to act in the best interests of all members and to engage in such activities that would lead to the improvement and encouragement of doing business in Newtown Square.
