This October, the community has an easy and delicious way to support the local men and women who volunteer their time to protect our neighborhoods. Bonefish Grill in Edgmont is partnering with Edgmont Township Fire Company #1 and Newtown Square Fire Company for a special Dine & Donate fundraiser taking place every Tuesday throughout the month.
On each Tuesday in October, 15% of participating food and beverage purchases at Bonefish Grill will benefit the two local volunteer fire companies. The fundraiser applies to both dine-in and carryout orders, making it convenient for families, friends and neighbors to participate.
One important detail: participants must bring the fundraiser flyer or show it on their phone when ordering for their purchase to count toward the donation.
While the fundraiser will help raise much-needed funds for both fire companies, it also provides an opportunity to recognize the invaluable service provided by local volunteer firefighters. These dedicated men and women give their time, energy and talents to help keep the community safe, often answering calls at a moment’s notice.
Residents are encouraged to spread the word by sharing the fundraiser with family, friends, neighbors and coworkers, and by making Tuesday nights a “Bonefish Night” throughout October.
The fire companies thank Bonefish Grill for recognizing and supporting the local volunteer fire service, and everyone in the community who participates. A meal out can make a meaningful difference while showing support for the volunteers who are always there when their neighbors need them most.
